All employers who have 5 or more employees must provide a minimum of one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to their non-supervisory employees. This is in addition to the mandatory two-hour training for supervisory employees required by AB1825. The one- hour training must be completed by January 1, 2021. and must be provided every two years.
