If you are using independent contractors, make sure you are familiar with AB5 which expands the “ABC test” used to determine whether someone is an independent contractor rather than an employee.
All employers who have 5 or more employees must provide a minimum of one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to their non-supervisory employees.
